Terms of Service
Welcome to TFT-Boost (test.tft-boost.net). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our coaching, advisory, and gameplay analytics services for Teamfight Tactics.
By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you have any questions, our support team is readily available.
1. Orders and Payment Processing
When purchasing coaching sessions or strategic analysis packages, you provide order specifications and an email address for fulfillment.
Payments are processed securely via certified third-party payment gateways (Stripe for cards and local methods, and PayPal). We never store or handle raw payment card numbers.
All prices presented are total prices compliant with the EU Omnibus Directive, free of hidden surcharges.
2. User Accounts and Security
You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the strict confidentiality of your credentials.
Any attempt to exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt platform operations, or execute unauthorized transactions will result in immediate termination of access.
3. Nature of Services & Riot Games IP Disclaimer
All services provided by TFT-Boost are strictly educational, strategic guidance, and tactical gameplay coaching designed to improve player comprehension in Teamfight Tactics.
Teamfight Tactics and League of Legends are registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. TFT-Boost is an independent coaching service and is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized, or endorsed by Riot Games, Inc.
4. Statutory Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy
Our withdrawal and refund framework is formulated in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and applicable national legislation:
If your coaching order has not commenced, you receive a full 100% refund without deduction of administrative fees.
4.1 14-Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers maintain a statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 calendar days without providing a reason.
If the service fulfillment has not commenced (order remains unassigned or in pending state), you are entitled to cancel immediately and receive a full 100% refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
4.2 Loss of Withdrawal Right Upon Full Performance
By placing an order, the consumer provides prior express consent to immediate commencement of the service before the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period, acknowledging that right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed (pursuant to Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU).
If a withdrawal request is submitted while service fulfillment is partially complete, a proportional refund for the unexecuted portion will be issued.
5. Intellectual Property
All guides, analytical meta formulations, software architecture, and website branding belong exclusively to TFT-Boost and are protected under international copyright treaties.
6. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Any customer inquiries or complaints can be submitted directly via order messaging or by emailing support@tft-boost.net.
Complaints are investigated and answered within 14 calendar days.
EU consumers may also utilize the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. However, this choice of law does not deprive EU consumers of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence (pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 - Rome I).
